If you practice outdoor activities frequently, you have undoubtedly asked yourself: "What should I do if an accident occurs or someone in the group has a health problem out here in the middle of nowhere?". Whether you are trekking, climbing, diving or cycling, as a guide or a participant, adequate first aid can be the difference between an experience worth remembering or one that will be forgotten. In this 16-hour course divided into two days, with international certification by the world's leading provider of first aid training in remote areas, the American Safety & Health Institute, you will learn how to identify and manage health problems that pose an immediate risk to life and how to prevent problems in remote areas. The training is aimed at those who practice short-term activities in places where access to rescue can take a few hours.

Who is it recommended for?
