Cancellations made by the customer 30 or less days prior to the date of travel will not be refunded. Requests made over a period of more than 30 days will be charged a fee of 50% of the value of the itinerary.

* CANCELLATION DURING THE ROUTE: If you leave the expedition before the end, any additional evacuation costs such as an extra guide, air rescue, cargo animals or motorized transport will be the responsibility of the customer.

ALPINE ADVENTURE gives the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of customers is not reached. In this case, the expedition will be rescheduled. If the customer does not accept the new date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If bad weather is detected in the week of the trip, in order to appreciate the safety of its customers, AVENTURA ALPINA may cancel it, rescheduling another date.

I am aware of and in accordance with the risks involved in the services being purchased: injuries, land displacements, venomous animals and bad weather. In order to minimize these risks, I undertake to comply fully with the instructions of my guides.

I undertake, for my safety and that of my fellow students, that I will take the equipment listed below as mandatory on the outside day, required by the Alpine Adventure:
